Conwy County Borough Council is inviting businesses interested in renting space in four commercial units currently under construction to book an appointment to view them at an open day on 12 August.

The units are on the Tre Morfa Enterprise Park, close to the existing Morfa Business Park in Conwy. These units on the site, which was given planning permission in 2018, are the first of what will eventually be eight units in total.

The first four units to be made available to rent range from 3,200 to 6,200 square foot.

They have full B1 to B8 planning permission so are suitable for a wide range of business needs. They include reception area, office space, roller shutter doors, allocated parking and flexible warehousing.

Cllr Goronwy Edwards, Conwy’s Cabinet Member for Economic Development said, “The Council wants to provide the opportunities to increase productivity, competitiveness and growth for the county and the businesses that operate locally.

"This ambitious development aims to provide units for local Small and Medium Sized Enterprises looking to expand, as well as attracting new businesses.

"In the current economic climate, it’s even more important that we are able to provide the facilities for quality employment opportunities and to keep Conwy's talented workforce in the County.”
