Children's Hospice receives a Royal honour at London event

The King and Queen Consort have held a special reception at Buckingham Palace to honor cancer awareness initiatives and Children's Hospice Tŷ Gobaith was chosen by the Welsh Government to attend.

Pam Mathias, a representative of Tŷ Gobaith in the Conwy Valley, was proud to be recognised for their work in supporting cancer care.

Karen Wright praised Pam for her dedication to providing valuable care for families at the children’s hospice.

Director of Nursing for Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith children’s hospices, Karen Wright said: “Pam did a fabulous job of representing the hospice, but also in her commitment as part of the team in providing this care that is so valued by the families.”
