Officers in West Conwy are keen to speak with the individuals pictured in the image.
They are being sought in connection with an incident at an address on Brookes Street, Llandudno, in which a selection of garden ornaments were stolen.
The incident occurred at 6.50pm on Friday, 22 August.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We acknowledge the imperfect quality of the images but if you recognise either person, and can help with our enquiries, please contact us.
