Colwyn Bay Crematorium are holding a memorial service for families to remember loved ones who sadly passed away this year and last.
The Forget You Not service is at the Crematorium Chapel on Saturday 9 October at 12 noon and is free to attend. The service, in English and Welsh, will include music, poetry and lighting candles.
“The pandemic meant funerals were done differently since last year. Numbers at services were restricted, and some people weren’t able to attend,” said Victoria Currie, Crematorium and Cemetery Manager. “We wanted to give an opportunity for families to come together and remember.”
There are 100 tickets available for the service, available to collect from the Crematorium office, or to reserve by email to BereavementServices@conwy.gov.uk or by phone on 01492 577733.
