A man has been charged and remanded in custody following a police pursuit in Colwyn Bay earlier this week.
North Wales Police confirmed that 31-year-old Adam David Evans, from the Llandudno area, is appearing before Llandudno Magistrates’ Court today.
The charges relate to the incident reported yesterday, when officers were involved in a pursuit in the Colwyn Bay area.
Evans faces a number of serious offences, including aggravated unauthorised taking of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving and failing to stop for police. He is also charged with driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, failing to provide a blood sample for forensic analysis and resisting arrest.
Following his arrest, Evans was remanded in custody ahead of his court appearance.
North Wales Police say their investigation into the incident is ongoing.
