With nearly all the homes at a housing development in Old Colwyn already sold, buyers are being urged to plan ahead if they want to secure one of the remaining properties.

The off-plan success achieved by Castle Green Homes at Parc Elian demonstrates that the Welsh based business understands buyers’ housing needs.

The success has been so evident that a new development comprising of 22 new homes will be made nearby at Parc-y-Coed in Old Colwyn at some point in early spring.

Castle Green is the new identity of Macbryde Homes following a management buyout and new investment that will trigger significant expansion.

Sales and marketing director for Castle Green Homes Caryl Russell said: “The response to Parc Elian has been fantastic. People love the idea of living near the coast, but the opportunities that buying a brand new home offers has been an overriding factor thanks to the little luxuries that help make modern living easy.”

“Buyers at Parc Elian have enjoyed being able to start with a blank canvas and putting their own stamp on their new home right from the very beginning."

Prices at the new Parc-y-Coed location are yet to be revealed but it is thought that these are likely to be similar to Parc Eilian.

There will also be property priced under £250k which will attract support from the Welsh Government's Help to Buy scheme.
