Llandudno's traditional Boxing Day dip is the latest local event to cancelled as rates of Covid increase in the area.
The dip which sees hundreds of local people take to the water to help raise money for local charities will not take place.
Organiser John Chambers said: "We are sorry but due to circumstances and the safety of everyone, this year's Lions Club of Llandudno Boxing Day dip has been cancelled.
"We wishing everyone a safe and Merry Christmas and we hope to see you back next year. The draw for the dip will now take place on Facebook on Boxing Day."
