North Wales Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of man who was last seen in Rhyl.
A spokesperson said: "We have concerns for Stephen, who was last seen outside Rhyl Bus/Train Station at 1.56pm on Saturday 28th September, wearing the clothing in the CCTV image.
"He has links to the western area of North Wales, and likes to go for walks to Prestatyn, Abergele, Rhyl and Llandudno."
