The Bay of Colwyn Town Council is now inviting grant applications from local organisations planning to mark the VE Day anniversary.
Organisations wishing to put on community events, activities or parties over the weekend of 8-10 May, as part of the national VE day 75th anniversary celebrations are urged to get in touch for an application form. Small grants are available for up to £200.
Groups need to be not-for-profit and planning their activity within the Town Council area which includes Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay, Upper Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea.
In addition, grant applications of up to £500 are welcomed at any time and are considered quarterly by the Council’s Finance Committee.
