The next round of the Conwy Excellence Fund is open to people in the county who are talented at sport, education and the arts. The aim of the scheme is to help individuals reach their potential through training and development.
Grants are available to sports people who are competing at a national level and require funding for training costs. Artists (dancers, actors, musicians and visual artists) can receive funding to help them develop their talent through workshops, courses and tutoring.
Grants from between £100 and £1000 can be used for coaching and tutoring costs, equipment and travel.
This round closes on August 26th 2022.
Eligible applicants must be a full time resident of Conwy County Borough Council and have lived in Conwy for at least five years and be able to support the application with their electoral number. Under 18s are exempt from this.
Also, no applications will be accepted from students living outside of the County on a permanent basis.
