Colwyn Bay Football Club have praised their groundsman Elfyn Jones after the club were named this week as one of the three finalists for the Evostik North 'Pitch of the Year 2018' award, along with Tadcaster Albion and Trafford.
The clubs will be visited by sponsors and judges Greenfields in the coming weeks, with the overall winner unveiled at the end of season awards night.
