The proposals aim to create an attractive town centre with a more people-friendly environment.

The public are invited to submit their views on the proposals, which include better pavements and planting, cycling and walking routes, car parking and new one way system to reduce the impact of cars.

Councillor Goronwy Edwards, Cabinet Member for Economic Development and Deputy Leader, said,

“This is an opportunity to get involved and contribute your views to influence the next phase of the Bay Life Regeneration Programme, which is focused on re-invigorating Colwyn Bay town centre.

"We want to bring more people to the town centre and provide better economic opportunities for local businesses and people. I urge everyone to take part.”
