The Seagulls have announced the death of its club chairman.
The club said: "It is with great sadness that Colwyn Bay Football Club announce the passing of Bill Murray after being admitted to hospital last week.
"Bill has been a huge servant to the club for well over 20 years, serving as treasurer and taking over the role of chairman in 2018 when David Titchiner stepped down due to health issues.
"The club will hold a minute's silence in his honour at next Saturday's home game against Ruthin Town and will be planning a commemorative event in the near future.
" We send our condolences to his family and friends at this sad time."
