Darren Millar, the leader of the Welsh Conservatives and Clwyd MS has expressed his condolences following the death of Pope Francis.
The Pope who recently blessed crowds in Vatican City on Easter Sunday passed away at the age of 88.
Mr. Millar, who had the opportunity to meet the Pope last year, praised his commitment to peace, reconciliation and justice. He offered prayers for the College of Cardinals as they prepare to elect a successor.
