Colwyn Bay's Under-19s maintained their challenge at the top of the FAW Reserve League North West with a 4-0 home victory over Porthmadog FC Development team at the 4 Crosses Arena on Tuesday.
That puts them joint top of the table with Llandudno Reserves, although they have played a game more.
An excellent first half saw the young Seagulls leading 3-0 at half-time with Ben Roberts opening the scoring on 11 minutes, followed by two quick goals from Max McGoona on 18 minutes and skipper Nikola Georgiev a minute later to put the home side well in control.
The Bay made five changes in the second half, with Sam Parry coming off the bench to add a fourth goal on 64 minutes and complete the scoring.
