More recognition of players from the highly successful Wheelchair Basket Ball North Wales team, The Knights has been made as two of team members have been nominated for an annual award.
The RGK Legend of 2018 award is a celebration of all the great achievements made by athletes and teams. RGK lead in the design and manufacture of special sport and active chairs.
Fizz Antoniazzi and Anastasia Blease were both shortlisted for nominations after some impressive results this season. The competition is extremely tough with world champions and other talented individuals on the shortlist.
Fizz Antoniazzi:
Nominated for achieving a Silver medal in the British Para Powerlifting Championsips as well as Silver at the Welsh Open Para Powerlifting.
Anastasia Blease:
Nominated for being in the U24 GB squad for wheelchair basketball, where they won Gold at the U24 Women's European Championships 2018.
Voting for the awards closes on Sunday 9th December with the winner set to be announced the following day on Monday 10th December.
