Twelve employees from the national company Ground Control have braved wet weather to complete a sponsored walk in support of the RNLI at Llandudno Lifeboat Station.
The group chose the RNLI as their charity for 2024 in recognition of the organisation’s 200th anniversary, with full backing from their employer.
After finishing their walk, the team was welcomed with a warm cup of tea in the crew room and participated in a Q&A session with Lifeboat Operations Manager Captain Marcus Elliott, Assistant Mechanic Simon Adey-Davies, and Launch Authority Alun Pari Huws.
The visit concluded with a tour of the boathouse, where the team was shown the station’s launching equipment and lifeboats.
A spokesperson for the station said: "The RNLI extends its gratitude to the Ground Control team for their generous support.
