The impressive transformation of St. Mary's Church Hall in Conwy has been praised Janet Finch Saunders, MS for Aberconwy.
The building has been renovated into a thriving community hub, thanks to funding from various sources.
The UK Government contributed £249,999 through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, along with funding from the Bangor Diocese, Gwynt y Mor Fund and Conwy Town Council.
The space now features a new kitchen and will serve as a vital base for the Bags of Love food bank program.
Mrs. Finch-Saunders said: “I would like to thank everyone who has been involved in this fantastic transformation.
“For years, I have been making use of the hall to hold community surgeries because of its central location.
“Upcoming events include craft fairs, exhibitions, creative workshops, wellbeing classes, music, and performances.
“The venue now boasts a new semi-commercial kitchen, and is set to serve as a vital base for the Bags of Love food bank programme, which provides support to families and individuals in need within the local community.
“It is uplifting to see venues like this going from strength to strength. Well done all!”.
