Excitement is building ahead of Rydal Penrhos’ fourth annual Christmas Market in aid of a regional hospice.

The school’s Sixth Form Charity Committee have been working hard to plan the event since the start of the academic year, which is once again raising funds for Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospice in Conwy.

This year’s extravaganza will take place on Friday, December 14 from 3.30pm until 6pm, and will be a host of stalls available throughout the event to give market-goers the perfect chance to buy some last minute Christmas gifts for friends and family.

Those in attendance can enter the festive spirit by taking part in a charity raffle and auction, which is set to offer a host of fantastic prizes to win.

he school’s jazz band will also be on hand to keep people entertained, with Santa’s Grotto also making a welcome return.

There will be a very exciting addition to this year’s Christmas Market taking place in the Sports Hall, with an inflatable assault course set to draw plenty of interesting from those in attendance.

Ty Gobaith provides care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.

Anyone wishing to donate to the raffle can leave items at the senior school reception, and for more information call 01492 530155.
