Colwyn Bay Pride is gearing up for its highly anticipated second year, promising a diverse array of events and activities to celebrate love, equality, and diversity.
Scheduled to take place on May 12th, 2024 on Colwyn Bay Promenade, this year's Pride festivities will showcase the vibrant spirit and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community in Colwyn Bay.
Building on the success of its inaugural event, Colwyn Bay Pride 2024 will offer a dynamic lineup of entertainment, educational workshops, and community engagement opportunities. From live music performances to thought-provoking panel discussions, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
"We are thrilled to be bringing Colwyn Bay Pride back for its second year," said Kai Davies, the event manager. "While we won't be hosting a parade this year, we are excited to present a diverse range of events that celebrate the rich tapestry of our LGBTQ+ community and its allies."
Highlights of this year's Pride celebration include live music performances by local and regional artists, drag shows featuring some of the most talented performers in the region, and dance parties that will keep the energy high throughout the day.
There will also be opportunities for attendees to participate in interactive workshops covering a variety of LGBTQ+ topics, as well as connect with local organisations and resources.
