Colwyn Bay Library invites views about service

October 28, 2018 - 1387 views

Visitors to Colwyn Bay Library are soon to be asked about the service and role it provides to our local commmunity.

Across the entire country public libaries will be welcoming users and non-users to give feedback about how the service fits into their lives and how the service should be shaped in the future.

From 5th November until 10th November, library customers will be asked to complete a questionnaire which will ask their opinion about the library, and find out how they use libraries and access the many services that local libraries provide.

There will be a survey for adults and a separate survey for children and young people who are library users.

The survey can be completed in all of Conwy’s ten libraries and on the mobile library during the survey week.

The number of libraries operating in the county were challenged by Conwy Council a number of years ago in a bid to make savings. More savings are now being sought in all areas of local authority operation.
