Police in Colwyn Bay have commented about concerns from local residents about an unusual looking, large eBike being ridden dangerously along the seafront and in Rhos-on-Sea earlier last week.
"We managed to catch up with this bike and its rider on Thursday night while it was causing problems in Rhos on Sea again. Unfortunately the rider fell off and then ran away not to be found again but the eBike was found and seized.
"It is currently with us and will remain here until someone comes forward with proof of ownership or the bike gets crushed.
"Until then it will at least not be used to terrorise the general public while they are out walking and enjoying our beautiful seaside areas.
"If anyone does want to try and claim it then please feel free to make contact and ask to speak to Sgt Ball in Colwyn Bay Neighbourhood Policing Team".
