After weeks of staying indoors, Colwyn Bay is getting set to re-launch it's much loved town market today.
From Tuesday 14th July and on every Tuesday thereafter, the regular Colwyn Bay Local Market will start up again with a wide range of traders and attractions.
And as a special treat for shoppers in the town, a brand new artisan market will launch for the very first time later in the season.
This will bring you the best makers, bakers, artists and creators in North Wales, displaying and selling their crafted food products. This artisan market will continue every third Saturday of the month.
A spokesperson for the Artisan Market Company explained how excited they were to be bringing this new food market to the town with the hope that this will help attract new shoppers into the town.
"As we're finally allowed back out on the streets, what better way to mark the occasion than with, not just one but, two new markets.
"Both markets will be operating to the strictest safety standards with social distancing excercised at all time and we will operate to the requirements which are set in place at the time the new markets open."
"We are also pleased to say that we are no longer restricted to selling essential items only so all traders are welcome to apply to be in the market that is best suited to them."
