Two people have been taken to hospital after a crash in Abergele that left one car overturned and the road fully blocked.
Emergency services were called to Market Street at around 12.40pm following reports of a collision involving two vehicles. The impact caused one of the cars to flip over, bringing traffic to a standstill in the area.
North Wales Police confirmed they received the call at 12.42pm and officers, along with other emergency responders, attended the scene.
A spokesperson said: “At 12.42pm today, 24 April, we received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Market Street, Abergele, which had blocked the road.
“Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital.”
The extent of the injuries has not been confirmed, and the road was temporarily closed while the incident was dealt with.
