Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was struck by a car in a suspected hit-and-run incident in Colwyn Bay.

The collision happened at around 3.35pm on Thursday, February 26, in the Dingle Hill and Eirias Road area of Colwyn Bay.

Officers say the woman was hit by a white vehicle, believed to be a BMW, which failed to stop at the scene. She sustained minor injuries.

North Wales Police are now urging anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from the area at the time, to come forward.
