At the Motiv8 event, local clubs, organisations and experts were on hand to showcase numerous recreational activities and give local people the chance to try them out for free.
As one of the biggest free recreational and mindfullness events ever held in the area, many people came along to the Barn in Eirias Park on Thursday afternoon to try arts and crafts, football, rugby, yoga and music.
Bayside Radio's Simon Wynne was on hand to talk with organisers about what the event was all about and some of the many organisations who supported the day. Simon also spoke to Colwyn Bay RFC's Rachel Taylor about the success of rugby in North Wales and their inclusivity Stingrays rugby club.
