Grŵp Llandrillo Menai's Student Union chose local Mind charities as the Grŵp's charity of the year for 2017/18.
The Student Union, along with staff and students from across all of the Grŵp's campuses, took part and arranged numerous fundraising activities to raise a whopping £4,676.15 for Mind Aberconwy, Mind Vale of Clwyd and Mind Môn a Gwynedd,
Consequently, cheque presentations recently took place across the college campuses, involving the 2017/18 student union presidents and representatives from the Mind charities.
Delihlah Chadwick-Smith, Coleg Llandrillo's student union president for 2017/18, presented a cheque for over £800 - on behalf of Coleg Llandrillo - to Phil Williams, Mind Vale of Clwyd director and colleague Chris Southern, at the college's Rhyl campus.
