Staff and pupils at a Colwyn Bay school are celebrating after been named in a prestigous guide as one of the best schools in the country.
Ysgol Eirias whose Head described the inclusion as a 'very proud moment' featured in the Top 10 Schools in Parent Power, The Sunday Times Schools Guide 2019 published yesterday.
The report identified 2,000 schools across the UK for academic results and gave parents the opportunity to compare schools in for exam performance and pupil's grades.
Sarah Sutton, Head of Ysgol Eirias said, "I am delighted with this recognition of the incredible hard work of our young people and teaching and support staff at Ysgol Eirias. It has been a very proud moment".
