Rydal Penrhos’ Community Choir is on the lookout for new members ahead of a busy series of events throughout the year.

The group was set up in 2013 to bring together the voices of people associated with the school, and the choir has enjoyed a phenomenal amount of success since its inception.

It is led by Rydal Penrhos’ talented Director of Music Pete Wiliams, and the choir performs at high-profile events such as the Christmas Concert and Speech Day.

They also hold their own Concerts to raise funds for worthy cause within the region and beyond, with the group raising more than £8,000 to date.

The Community Choir meets once a week to rehearse, and new members are always welcome to attend.

Mr Williams, said: “We have had an enormous amount of success with our Community Choir in recent years, which is a testament to the dedicated work of each member, who give up their own time to lend their support to school and other specially arranged event throughout the region.

“They are a real pleasure to work with and the group is something that we are all very porud of here at Rydal Penrhos.”
