From silverware to new shirts: Bay looks ahead to new era

Colwyn Bay FC are already looking ahead to an exciting new chapter after rounding off what has been described as one of the club’s most successful seasons in recent years.

The 2025/26 campaign saw the men’s first team secure an impressive top-six finish in the JD Cymru Premier, alongside a strong run to the Welsh Cup quarter-finals. Success extended across the club, with both the reserves and women’s sides celebrating league title victories, underlining a growing strength throughout the entire setup.

With momentum firmly behind them, attention has now turned to the 2026/27 season—and supporters won’t have long to wait for a first glimpse of what’s to come.

The club has confirmed a major launch event on Friday 29 May at 6:30pm, inviting fans to gather for the unveiling of the new home and away kits. The evening will also mark the beginning of a significant new era off the pitch, following the announcement of a record-breaking five-year partnership with global sportswear giant Adidas.

Alongside the new kits, Colwyn Bay will introduce a revamped membership model, replacing the traditional season ticket system with a more flexible and benefits-driven approach. Club officials say the new packages are designed to offer greater value and a stronger connection between supporters and the club.

Fans attending the launch night will be among the first able to sign up, with payment options available up front or spread over six or twelve months. The move to a new online ticketing platform will also streamline the process, with existing supporters advised to cancel current direct debit arrangements after their May payment ahead of the transition.

Despite the shift towards digital, the club has stressed it will continue to support those who prefer to pay in cash, with staff available to assist throughout the sign-up process.

The new membership tiers aim to cater for all supporters, from young “Junior Seagulls” to adult Silver and Gold members, with a range of incentives including match entry, merchandise, exclusive events and added perks around the club.

With success on the pitch, investment off it, and a renewed focus on supporter experience, Colwyn Bay FC appear determined to carry their momentum forward as they prepare for the challenges of the 2026/27 season.
